Email & notifications

Every Inceptus system uses these for : its emails go through this mail server, and its alerts reach these channels. An organization without its own uses its company's.

Roles

A role decides what someone can do in each system. The built-in roles (viewer, member, approver, admin) work as they always have. Build your own from each system's permissions, then give it to people on People & access.

SCIM user provisioning

Let your identity provider (Entra ID, Okta…) add and remove your people automatically. In it, set up SCIM provisioning with this tenant URL and a token from here. People it adds get access with the token's role, and an email to sign in the first time with Microsoft or Google; people it removes lose access.

You do not manage people for this account. Pick another account above, or ask its administrator.

People

Everyone with access to this account and the accounts below it. A role applies to that account and everything under it, in every system the company has, unless you set a person's access to one system: no access, or a different role there.

Company sign-in

Let people sign in with their company's Microsoft 365, Google or other OIDC account. Register this redirect address with the provider:

Products and plans

What each product sells for. The websites and checkout show the public plans. ASM keeps its own detailed plans in the console.

Company plans

Which companies have which product. Give a product after an invoice is paid, change a plan, or end it (cancelled).

Orders

Purchases from the checkout. When an invoice is paid, mark it paid: the company's plan becomes active.
